The Clothing Room houses uniforms for school kids of all ages.

The Clothing Room

When school teachers and counselors recognize a child in need, they can send our chapter a form with the child’s information. A clothing bag will be provided that includes five uniform tops, five shorts/jeans, five undergarments, and five pairs of socks. Jackets, belts, and shoes are provided as requested. The order will be filled and delivered to the school.

Crown Club

Ingenues girls making wreaths at their Christmas party.

Ingenues

Referred by school counselors and teachers, a group of eight to ten, fourth and fifth grade girls are mentored through a committee of active JA members. Every Friday morning throughout the school year, our members meet with these young girls to discuss different topics including health, self-care, and personal well-being that contribute to their overall self-esteem. Ingénues provides a unique opportunity for these girls to build relationships with their peers in a setting that promotes confidence and kindness to one another.
